Why You Don’t Need More Content. You Need This
If your calendar’s full of posts but your pipeline’s still dry...read this.
Every week I talk to founders who say the same thing:
“I’m posting consistently… but nothing’s working.”
So they double down:
→ More carousels.
→ More how-to threads.
→ More content.
But here’s the problem:
More content doesn’t fix broken positioning.
If your message is unclear or your offer is buried under fluff, no amount of content will convert.
You’re publishing noise.
Here’s what you actually need:
1. Clarity on your positioning.
What do you do?
Who is it for?
Why should they care right now?
Most people answer that with jargon. Or worse, with 3 paragraphs of vague industry speak.
Fix that and suddenly, your next post hits different.
2. A clear offer.
I should be able to look at your profile and know instantly:
→ The problem you solve
→ Who you solve it for
→ How to work with you
Too many people are hiding behind “building in public” when what they need is a compelling CTA.
3. Targeted distribution.
Your ICP isn’t going to magically find your post. You need a system to get in front of them: outbound messages, strategic comments, and lead capture.
So no, you don’t need more content.
You need a system that connects your content to revenue.
That’s what I help founders build.
