The 3-channel system I’m using to book 5–7 calls a week

I haven’t always been great at this.
But over the past few months, something’s clicked.

I’ve been using LinkedIn, X, and this newsletter in sync—
and it’s helped me consistently book 5–7 meetings a week and test new offers fast.

Here’s how the system works:

1. LinkedIn: My credibility + conversion channel
This is where I show social proof, client results, and expertise.

I post 4–5x/week:

  • 2 growth posts (easy-to-like, relatable stuff)

  • 2 authority posts (client results, strategy breakdowns, industry takes)

  • 1 sales post (soft CTA to audit, offer, or service)

Every post points back to one thing:
My profile, which is built to convert.
It clearly says what I do, who I help, and how to work with me.

When the content works, leads hit the DMs.

2. X (Twitter): My reach + repetition channel
This is where I test ideas fast.
Hooks, concepts, frameworks—posted raw and often.

I use X to:

  • Sharpen my voice

  • Find what resonates

  • Build demand before I pitch anything

Once something lands here, I bring it to LinkedIn and expand on it.

3. My newsletter: My trust channel
This is the glue.
People read this after seeing me on LinkedIn or X.
It’s where I deepen the relationship and explain how I think.

Each issue does one thing:
Makes people say, “I trust this person to help me.”

That’s when they book.
Sometimes right after a newsletter.
Sometimes after lurking for 3 weeks.

The magic is in the mix.
→ LinkedIn builds visibility and trust
→ X builds repetition and reach
→ The newsletter builds authority and drives conversion

None of this is rocket science.
It’s consistency, strategy, and talking to the right people.

I’ve launched 3 offers using this system.
All of them sold.
And it’s only getting sharper.

More breakdowns coming soon.
Let me know if you want me to dive deeper into any part of the system.
